Gambatese RoomThis fun and relaxing beginner yoga class will help kids ages 7-11 find inner peace, improve flexibility, and promote mindfulness.
This summer we welcome back our summer yoga workshop series Led by Anjali a qualified Yoga Teacher with specialized training for youth yoga that targets their minds and bodies. Sign up for one session or all three!
Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. Wear Comfortable clothes and shoes you can easily take off.
