In this fun and interactive workshop, Karen Z. Kowalski, MPH, OTR, will share easy, real-life strategies to help you create calming routines, reduce nighttime distractions, and set your bedroom up for sweet dreams. You will leave with practical tips to help you to wake up feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on tomorrow.
