Poetry Workshop for Teens

Ages 13-17

Discuss classic poets, learn poetry devices and forms, workshop our poems, and provide space to write poetry as well as explore zines, poetry events, and whatever else inspires its members.

Mentors from The Wordlarks want to train the emerging generation of poets by conducting a poetry workshop for teens. Like with the Poetry Workshop for Adults, they will host meetings every month to discuss classic poets, learn poetry devices and forms, workshop our poems, and provide space to write poetry as well as explore zines, poetry events, and whatever else inspires its members.
