Meeting RoomLearn about lifestyle strategies to optimize your brain health and protect against dementia risk factors
Currently, there is no surefire way to prevent dementia, but there is growing research that shows we can potentially reduce our risk for dementia by addressing lifestyle factors. This program explores what brain health is as well as the difference between modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors for dementia. This program also describes practical, evidence-based lifestyle strategies - such as exercise, sleep, and social engagement - that can help support brain health over time.
This program is offered by Alzheimer's NJ.
If there is a disability accommodation that would enable you to participate more fully in this program, please let us know with as much notice as possible by calling the information desk at (732) 329-4000 ext. 7286, and we will do our best to help you.
