Teens will Relax and Meditate, while learning how Gratitude is the most important value for us all.
Looking for volunteers hours and to give back to your community come out to this event!
Participants will write a kind note and wrap it around a new blanket (provided by Heartfulness Institute).
Heartfullnes takes the wrapped blankets and donates them to shelters around South Brunswick.
This is an in person event.
Located on Kingston Lane in the Monmouth Junction section between the Muncipal Building and Crossroads Middle School.
