Attorney Tina James will be sharing her expertise on laws protecting children with disabilities in regards to their education and in the case of an inheritance.
Tina is an experienced advocate, planner, and litigator. She has successfully argued before state and federal courts. In addition, she served as a judicial law clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Among others topics, her practice focuses on planning for individuals with disabilities and their families. She is committed to promoting all aspects of diversity and inclusion.
