This fun and relaxing beginner yoga class will help you find your inner peace, improve flexibility, and promote mindfulness.

Led by Anjali who is qualified Yoga Teacher with specialized training for youth yoga that targets their minds and bodies. 

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. Wear Comfortable clothes and shoes you can easily take off. 

Here are the top benefits of yoga for kids.
