Grief is something we all experience, yet dealing with the complex emotions and expectations that come with it can be difficult. Practical guidance and support on how to manage grief will be covered.

There is no "formula" for grieving as each person's journey is uniquely individual. This workshop aims to create a safe space for all participants. It is designed to validate and normalize grief while equipping you with useful coping skills, mindset shifts, and resources that can help you navigate the grief process.

This workshop is sponsored by the Mayors Wellness Initiative.
