Speaker Bio: Ed Ventura is both the owner and head winemaker of The Grape Escape in Dayton, NJ. Having worked in the corporate world for over 20 years and then consulting to the corporate world for another 15 years, he decided to pursue his passion and has spent the last 10 years helping others make award winning wines. He instructs his clients through a hands-on winemaking program all the way from grape selection through bottling.
