Join Meghana Karanjkar, Certified Yoga Teacher, for a Beginner/Gentle session of 4 classes. All levels welcome. Fee is $80 for 4 classes

Yoga helps in releasing tension, controlling weight and energizing the whole body. At the same time, it calms the mind and helps you be focused.

Please come to SBPL with a Yoga mat and a bottle of water. Other props like yoga blocks and straps will be provided. The meeting room can be chilly, a light sweater or long sleeved shirt may be useful.  A signed waiver form is required on the first day of class. If a class in the series is cancelled due to inclement weather, the fourth session will be held on February 13th.

TO REGISTER:
This 4 session series is a fundraiser for the Friends of the South Brunswick Library. Funds raised by the Friends go to provide concerts, performances and events for all ages at SBPL.  The $80 fee is non-refundable and payable by either a check made out to Friends of South Brunswick Public Library (brought to the Information Desk) or through a credit card using the Purchase Now PayPal button at the link below. You do not need a Paypal account.

Payment of the fee by check or credit card is your registration for the series. Thank you.
