Immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath while licensed yoga instructor Nicole Dietz leads a guided meditation for healing and relaxation

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or towel in order to lie comfortably on the floor for this guided meditation. You may also choose to sit on the floor, or we will be happy to provide a chair. For your comfort, consider wearing long sleeves, and bring a sweater or
