Discover the powerful resources Google offers to streamline productivity through cloud-based apps to create, stay organized, collaborate, and connect with others.

This class will provide an overview and (very) brief tutorial of the many free apps that Google offers, including:

  • Google Calendar (schedule yourself, invite others to events
  • Google Keep (notes and reminders)
  • Google Tasks (combines assigned tasks from files on Google drive)
  • Google Drive (Organize individual and collaborative files) 
  • Google Docs (Word Processing)
  • Google Sheets (Spreadsheet)
  • Google Forms (Forms that can be emailed or automatically added to a spreadsheet)
  • Google Slides (Powerpoint/presentations) 
  • Google Meet (Video Conferencing)
  • Google Chat 
  • Google Search
  • Google Gemini (AI)
  • Google Workspace Essentials (invite a team to collaborate together)
