This session is an opportunity to center yourself, find peace amidst the chaos, and build a strong foundation for both you and your child’s well-being.

This hour-long interactive mindfulness session is designed specifically for parents and caregivers of children aged 0-5. In this session, you will be guided through calming mindfulness exercises to help reduce stress and promote emotional well-being. You’ll learn simple tools for staying present, grounded, and compassionate during your day-to-day parenting journey.
Whether you’re a new parent or caring for young children, this session is an opportunity to center yourself, find peace amidst the chaos, and build a strong foundation for both you and your child’s well-being.
Along with mindfulness techniques, the session will provide valuable information on resources available to those struggling with perinatal mental health, such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and other emotional challenges. Join us for a nurturing experience that supports emotional wellbeing.

Children are welcome to attend!
