Teens bring your favorite adult person to share in fun and relaxing yoga! Please register both you and your adult.

Led by Anjali a Certified Yoga Teacher. 

This workshop will help Teens and Adults learn new breathing techniques and simple yoga poses in an interactive way that allows them to apply it to their daily life.

Anjali is qualified Yoga Teacher with specialized training for youth yoga that targets their minds and bodies. 

Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. Wear Comfortable clothes and shoes you can easily take off.

This event is held in person at the library, space is limited registration required. You must register both your adult and yourself. Please plan to arrive on time, after 5 mins late comers will have their registered seats forfeited to waiting participants.
