Immerse yourself in a calming sensory experience and guided mediation. Relax your body and put yourself into a restful state of mind.

Certified instructor Nicole Dietz will guide participants in a restorative meditation, while using crystal bowls to produce a soothing sound bath. Please bring a comfortable yoga mat, and a pillow or blanket in order to lie comfortably. If you are unable to lie down on the floor, you can participate from a seated position. If you have an injury or physical disability, please let us know by emailing zlopez@sbpl.info so that we can help make the experience comfortable for you.
