Yoga helps in releasing tension, controlling weight and energizing the whole body. At the same time, it calms the mind and helps you be focused.

Please come to SBPL with a Yoga mat and a bottle of water. Other props like yoga blocks and straps will be provided. The meeting room can be chilly, a light sweater or long sleeved shirt may be useful.  A signed waiver form is required on the first day of class.
